Party Information

Whether it’s a birthday or just a fun filled day for friends we would love to host your group!

To Book a Party or Not Book a Party?

  • For groups of 6 or more that are looking to have an organized get together complete with Tie-dyeing fun, food, presents and activities... Then you will want to book a birthday party! Reservation time is up to 2 hours. A Non Refundable Fee will be required for birthday parties.

  • For groups of 6 or more during the summer months (May-Sept) that are just wanting to Tie-Dye but a full party isn’t for you, we recommend making a regular reservation. A 20$ Non Refundable Deposit will be required for bookings. You spot will be held for 10 min during summer months (may-sept) No exceptions you’ll have to reschedule

  • For groups of 5 or less just looking to have some Tie-Dye fun you can walk-in to see if we have availability but it is not gaurenteed (During Summer Months May-September there may be a wait list, so if you are looking to get right in we always recommend booking to guarantee your time at the lab.

  • For groups of 8 or more always book in advance to assure your spot (even for none birthday parties groups)

IF YOU DECIDED YOU WANT TO BOOK A ORGANIZED BIRTHDAY PARTY, HERE ARE THE DETAILS

Party Size: If you are booking an Organized Tie-Dye BIRTHDAY Party you will have the lab reserved and private just for you. No walk-ins will be welcome at this time. Once you have Booked a Party, please feel free to give us a call to go over details of your event

Fees: For birthday party groups 6 or more, there will be a $150 non-refundable fee. This Fee is not a deposit. This fee reserves your spot. We will set up the studio for you complete with table and chairs (up to 12 seats) for birthday parties. Setting up for parties means having to close down an hour before and after each party. The store is completely closed off to the public. This fee includes set up and after clean-up of the parties. With summers being such a high volume, this fee makes it worth the lab hosting summer birthday parties. Fee also includes garbage removal. Please message us if you have any questions

Birthday Party Pricing: Fee plus $45 per kid

PARTIES ARE FOR ALL AGES! For ages 8 and under, we request at least one adult helper per 4 kids

What’s included in a Tie Dye Birthday Party?

  • One Dyeable T-shirt per kid

  • One $5 Print (Pink Sticker) per T-shirt

  • One Drawstring bag per kid (with their name on it) ready upon arrival

  • Reserved Lab time for up 1.5 hours (2 hours for parties 9-12 people)

  • Table to present decor, presents and food

  • Table for eating seats up to 12 max

  • 2 tables of 40 Colors at the color bar for tie dyeing

  • Garbage Removal

  • Clean up

  • One a Kind Special Birthday Girl or Boy Tie Dye Lab Shirt

Birthday Party Layout: When you arrive everything will be set up for you on the lab side, as the kids arrive they will fill out mini clip boards with their names - shirt sizes & print number. Staff will iron on prints then soak the shirts for tieing. During this time kids will pick there design. Once all the details are collected kids will get geared up to dye there drawstring bags while staff is tieing all the shirts. After they have completed the drawstring we will set up there shirts at another table during this time you can do snack or food. Once kids are free of Dyeing all items, we recommend this is when you do cakes/cupcakes presents. Depending on group size it will take 25-40 min to set and rinse all shirts. Please Note: That kids are limited to the studio side during the party. As much as we are all about having a good time the good times are limited to the studio. The retail side of the store will be off limits to kids during the party. Everything on the retail side is one of a kind and handmade there is no need for unnecessary touching for items for sale. After the party if the kids want to look around with adult supervision that is more than welcome. Thank you and we appreciate you!

What to expect from the staff:

  1. Staff will walk everyone completely through Tie-Dye process.

  2. Once all items are tie-dyed, the staff will start the finishing touches... This includes setting, rinsing and bagging the items for you to take home. This will take approximately 25-40 minutes depending on group size

  3. Upon completion of the finishing touches, we will bring the item out for the guests to unveil and you’ll be able to take pictures at our Selfie Wall!

  • (Items will be slightly damp and in bags, complete with after-care instructions and detergent for you to take home)

Your responsibilities:

  • Supply the food of your choice. Whether it’s just a cake and cupcakes, Pizza sandwiches, or finger foods you can speak with a staff member about delivery or early entry to get everything set up

  • Bring your favorite party game/s to personalize your experience! We do supply crayons and paper for coloring complementary paper crowns if there is extra down time

  • Have FUN and ENJOY!

The After Party: The Tie-Dye lab staff will take care of all cleaning having to do with the process of Tie-Dyeing as well as garbage removal. All this is included in the non-refundable fee. We ask that you take any leftover food, party decor, and any other party items brought with you home
